Shipping Policy

What are the delivery charges?
Woo You provides Free Delivery for all items if your total order amount is more than Rs. 599/-. Otherwise Rs. 70/- is charged towards shipping charges.
 

What is the estimated delivery time?
If the item is in stock, it will be delivered within 5-7 days from the order date. While most items are delivered in 5-7 days, there are a few designs that may be delivered in 7-10 days. The accurate delivery time is mentioned on the respective page.
 

How will the delivery be done?
We send all packages via reputed couriers such as Blue Dart, Delhivery etc.
 

How do I track my shipment?
Woo You uses only reputed couriers. We notify our customers via a shipment confirmation email within 24 hours of dispatching the product(s). This shipping confirmation will have the couriers’ tracking number.
 

Cancellation Policy
 

Order cancellation by Customer

Woo You shall deliver product you have purchased within the promised delivery timeline, however, if you have ordered a product by mistake, you may cancel the order by logging in your Woo You Account before dispatch of the product. The amount will be refunded to you within 4-5` days provided that order has not been shipped.

Order cancellation by Woo You
Under some rare situations, Woo You can also raise an order cancellation request. These situations could be:

• Product is out of stock.

• Product is not worth shipping.

• Restrictions on the number of products you can order, as per terms & conditions of any Offer/Discount.

• Incorrect pricing or description of the product.

• Incorrect or Incomplete Buyer's Address.

• Non-serviceability at the Buyer’s address by our courier partners.

• Any other reason, which is beyond the control of Woo You

Prepaid Order

In cases of Prepaid Orders, the amount will be refunded to you within 4-5 days from the date of cancellation by the Seller or within 4-5 days from the date of cancellation.
