• Every piece you order is handcrafted personally for you and it takes time for us to make it perfect so you love it every day you wear it.
• Any changes regarding the plating and sizing of the product, after delivery are FREE, only the delivery charges to our unit will be beared by the customer.
• We will dispatch all non-personalised jewellery within 48 Hours & it will reach to you within 3-5 working days Excluding Saturday / Sunday
• In the case of Personalised Jewellery, it takes us about 48-72 hours to dispatch once you confirm the order as the entire design of the piece is custom made. You will receive the order within 7-10 Days including making time.
• We suggest you pay online for express delivery as we won’t waste time confirming the order details - which we need to do in case of a COD order

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE

• We have a convenient 2-day return policy but ONLY for unused and unworn items with the original box. We refund the amount within 15 days of requesting the return of the item.
• The refund form will only be store credit which will be valid for 90 days. You can exchange an item purchased on www.wooyou.in with the same or another item.

Our jewellery is made of brass plated with 18k gold, making it hypoallergenic, waterproof, sweat-proof, anti-tarnish, and safe for sensitive skin. It is nickel, lead, and cadmium-free. To maintain its longevity, keep it away from sharp objects and friction, wipe it with a muslin cloth and store it in our boxes. Avoid contact with lotions and perfumes as they can affect the product's longevity.
